Maryland Crab Cakes

This crab cake recipe is 90% crab meat and is best eaten wtih a Natural Bohemian Beer and provided by Dr. Alan Snyder

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb backfin crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp old bay
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 8 Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Mix together all of the above ingredients
  2. Broil at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes
